Advantages of booking a private tour include:
You can pick a date and time that works best for you (assuming it’s not already booked and the guide is available). At least two month’s notice is ideal
The regular Kelham Island walk is a highlights tour but a private walk can be tailored more to your specific interests - examples can be seen below
You can be invoiced and do a bank transfer instead of paying via Eventbrite
To book a private walk email anders@kelhamislandwalks.com with an idea of your preferred date or time, group size, and any special requirements. The more notice, the better. Tours start at £100 for a group of up to ten people for a two hour walking tour, but are subject to any specific requests which will be agreed in advance.

specialist TOPICs
The usual Kelham Island Walk covers the highlights, but if you’re interested in a particular subject then this can be arranged as part of a private walk. Topics for walks so far have included the following, but do get in touch if there’s something different:
Architecture
Regeneration, planning and how the area is changing now
Street art and local artist studios
Neepsend - a walk of this area across the river from Kelham Island is currently being developed but elements of it can also be included in a private walk
City centre - walks including highlights of Sheffield city centre can be arranged. If these are to be included alongside a walk of Kelham Island then a price will need to be negotiated due to the additional distance and time involved
Access to specific venues - Kelham Island Walks has good links with many of the businesses and venues around the area and may be able to arrange access if requested
